Terms of Service

These terms govern access to TensorCortex public research-use materials and Atlas pages.

Last updated: June 4, 2026

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TensorCortex website, public Atlas pages, report previews, and related materials made available by Tensor Cortex LLC.

TensorCortex currently provides public research-use content and product information. These Terms do not create access to private reports, accounts, paid services, clinical products, or future modules unless those services are separately made available under additional terms.

2. Research Use Only

TensorCortex Atlas materials are intended for biological research, hypothesis generation, and scientific review. They are not medical advice, diagnostic guidance, treatment guidance, patient-specific risk assessment, or a substitute for review by qualified experts.

Do not use TensorCortex materials to diagnose, treat, manage, or make clinical decisions for any person.

3. Evidence And Uncertainty

Atlas content may include known genes, candidate genes, evidence paths, uncertainty notes, and suggested validation ideas. Candidate rankings and hypotheses are research-priority signals, not claims of causality, proof, clinical validity, or therapeutic actionability.

You are responsible for independently evaluating any content before relying on it in research, publications, experiments, investment decisions, or product development.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the public website for ordinary research review, evaluation, and browsing. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive rates, or use content in a way that creates misleading medical, diagnostic, treatment, or efficacy claims.

You may not present TensorCortex outputs as validated clinical conclusions or as endorsements by TensorCortex.

5. Intellectual Property

The website, interface, report structure, text, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by Tensor Cortex LLC or its licensors, except for third-party materials and public data sources identified in a report.

No rights are granted except the limited right to access and view the public website for the purposes described in these Terms.

6. Third-Party Sources

Reports may reference or derive context from public biomedical sources, ontologies, datasets, or literature. We do not control third-party sources and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, licensing terms, or changes over time.

Source and version metadata may be shown where available.

7. Availability And Changes

TensorCortex may change, remove, or update website content, report formats, routes, features, and these Terms at any time. Public sample pages may be hidden, replaced, or converted into publication-ready reports.

Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The website and materials are provided as is and as available. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and uninterrupted operation to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that any hypothesis, candidate gene, evidence path, score, or validation suggestion is correct, complete, reproducible, clinically meaningful, or commercially useful.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tensor Cortex LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, research delay, clinical reliance, or business interruption arising from use of the website or materials.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
